apps have helped us become one of the largest online shopping rewards portals, facilitating over $3
billion dollars of retail sales. Product innovation and our many first-to-market features have been key to
our growth. BeFrugal.com is growing like gangbusters and we are looking for the best people to add our
Boston based team.
In this position, you will create, schedule and manage promotions on BeFrugal, coordinating with
internal and external resources in marketing, content, and retailer relationship teams.
Long term this job will be based in our Boston office when it reopens (with work from home flexibility).
For now during pandemic, this job will be remote from the individual's home.

Responsibilities
- Manage promotions such as daily and weekly specials, bonus cash back, seasonal promotions
- Maintain and plan seasonal calendar
- Track competitors' promotions
- Analyze customer engagement data to maximize impact of promotional activity
- Take the lead on special one-off projects as assigned. For example, retail initiatives, marketing initiatives, market research, etc
- Conduct research and analysis on various business and market areas
- Provide recommendations and judgements on initiatives
- And other tasks and responsibilities as assigned and as the job evolves

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Experience in Retail, Consumer and/or Online
- A creative and Intelligent individual with great initiative and analytical skills
- Experience in managing operational functions
- Experience in coordinating projects and initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelors Degree
Full time position with sane work hours and great benefits (health, dental, vision 401k with 3pct match
after 12 months), 3 weeks paid time off. Compensation commensurate with qualifications.
