BeFrugal.com is growing like gangbusters and we are looking for the best people to add our<br \/>\nBoston based team.<\/p>\n<p class=\"jobsparagraph\">In this position, you will create, schedule and manage promotions on BeFrugal, coordinating with<br \/>\ninternal and external resources in marketing, content, and retailer relationship teams.<\/p>\n<p class=\"jobsparagraph\">Long term this job will be based in our Boston office when it reopens (with work from home flexibility).<br \/>\nFor now during pandemic, this job will be remote from the individual's home.<\/p>\n<ul>\n\t<span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Responsibilities<\/span><\/p>\n<li>Manage promotions such as daily and weekly specials, bonus cash back, seasonal promotions<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and plan seasonal calendar<\/li>\n<li>Track competitors' promotions<\/li>\n<li>Analyze customer engagement data to maximize impact of promotional activity<\/li>\n<li>Take the lead on special one-off projects as assigned. For example, retail initiatives, marketing initiatives, market research, etc<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research and analysis on various business and market areas<\/li>\n<li>Provide recommendations and judgements on initiatives<\/li>\n<li>And other tasks and responsibilities as assigned and as the job evolves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n\t<span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Qualifications:<\/span><\/p>\n<li>5+ years of Experience in Retail, Consumer and\/or Online<\/li>\n<li>A creative and Intelligent individual with great initiative and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing operational functions<\/li>\n<li>Experience in coordinating projects and initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills\n<li>Bachelors Degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"jobsparagraph\">Full time position with sane work hours and great benefits (health, dental, vision 401k with 3pct match<br \/>\nafter 12 months), 3 weeks paid time off.
